What we collect
When you request an assessment, we collect your name, business name, email, city, the service you select, and any phone number, timing or project details you choose to provide. We also record when the request was submitted and any campaign tags attached to the form’s web address.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check whether the project is within our service area, arrange an assessment and prepare a recommendation or quote. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored with our website hosting and database service providers. Access is limited to people who need the information to manage your enquiry and providers operating the website. To notify us about new enquiries, contact and project details are also sent through Web3Forms to our business Gmail inbox. Web3Forms processes and stores the submitted details to provide this service; its configured retention period applies alongside our inbox and website retention approach below. Information may be processed outside Canada. We do not sell your enquiry details.
What not to send
Please do not include network passwords, payment card details, patient information or other sensitive customer or employee information. We arrange any necessary access separately.
Retention
Our intended retention schedule is to review enquiries that do not become projects after 12 months and delete personal details that are no longer needed. Project, billing and service records follow the requirements applicable to those records.
Cookies and technical information
The enquiry form does not use advertising cookies or browser storage to save your submission. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. If you view a private preview, its hosting platform may require sign-in and use its own session cookies.
Questions or requests
Call (613) 663-2933 or use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the message to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
